Experience
Essential criteria
1. Experience of caring with patients with acute and long term conditions
2. Experience of delegating workload, motivating a team and monitoring patient progress
Desirable criteria
3. Experience of supervising staff
4. Experience of caring for for patients in the Head and Neck Speciality
Knowledge
Essential criteria
5. Ability to demonstrate fundamental nursing knowledge and practice skills
Desirable criteria
6. Knowledge of specialist fields of nursing e.g. head and neck surgery, general surgery and frailty etc
Qualifications
Essential criteria
7. NMC Registered Nurse
Desirable criteria
8. Advance diploma/degree in Adult Health Nursing Studies
