As a Technical Advisor, you’ll be part of a growing team and provide expert advice to customers via telephone. You will be the go-to expert for customers seeking telephone fixes and support the business by only sending patrols to where they are needed.
This is the job: Salary: £35,000 plus benefits, Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Shifts: between 0800 – 1900 Monday to Sunday, Location: Oldbury, office-based role.
What will I be doing?
* Provide essential technical support, advice, and repair fixes to customers.
* Ensure efficient communication and effective resolution of breakdowns for customers.
* Record data on relevant databases, contributing to detailed management insights and facilitating efficient decision-making.
* Provide advice, simplify information for customers, and offer excellent customer service.
* Focus on achieving results as a target-driven individual.
What do I need?
* Mechanical Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle maintenance and Repair or equivalent, with substantial experience in the Motor Vehicle Repair Industry.
* A Fixer/Problem Solver: Utilize technical expertise to help solve issues and find solutions.
* A Master Communicator: Communicate complex technical information in a simple and effective way.
* Flexible: Work outside normal hours, on a roster basis that includes weekends.
