Approved Electrician – ClwydAlyn Property Maintenance Location: Flexible across North Wales | On-call rota required Salary: £21,930 per year (plus additional on-call payments) Hours: 37 per week | Monday–Friday About the Role ClwydAlyn Property Maintenance is looking for a Skilled Approved Electrician to join our Electrical Team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality electrical installations, testing, and repairs across domestic and commercial properties, ensuring our homes and workplaces remain safe, compliant, and fit for the future. As an Approved Electrician, you will: Carry out electrical installations, upgrades, testing, and repairs, including responsive and emergency works. Complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and all relevant certification to a high standard. Work independently to diagnose and resolve faults safely and efficiently. Participate in a planned upgrade programme, including kitchens, bathrooms, heating, and void properties. Contribute to a resident-focused service, reflecting ClwydAlyn’s values of Trust, Hope, and Kindness. Support and mentor colleagues or apprentices when required. Accurately maintain electronic certification and job records. Take part in a rotating on-call schedule (currently 1 week in 7) with additional remuneration.
