The Role
We’re urgently looking for a hands-on, creative Graphic Designer to join our fast-moving team in Southampton. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and being part of a growing, energetic environment.
You’ll be part of a small, fast-paced design and production team helping to bring creative ideas to life. While your core focus will be design, you’ll also work closely with different parts of the business, contributing to real-world outputs from day one. This is a practical, hands-on role that suits someone who enjoys making things happen, not just making things look good.
Full-time, onsite for the first 1–2 months.
Urgent hire – Start date: 1st June.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating simple, clean visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
* Supporting day-to-day design needs across the business.
* Collaborating closely with teams across marketing, operations, and more.
* Preparing design files for print or digital formats.
* Working onsite with the team 5 days a week (initial 1–2 months).
Qualifications:
* A portfolio that demonstrates good visual judgment and solid design fundamentals.
* Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).
* Attention to detail and eagerness to contribute wherever needed.
* A “can-do” attitude and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
* Willingness to be onsite in Southampton full-time, especially in the early phase.
* Proactive, fast, flexible, and adaptable.
