As a Service Charge Manager, you will lead, develop, and manage a team of service charge professionals, driving sector-leading performance whilst ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements. You will oversee the end-to-end service charge process, from budgeting and estimate calculations to billing, reconciliation, ensuring customers are charged accurately and fairly.
