We are recruiting for a well recognised business in Tamworth to join the 'New Build' team.
Reporting into the Sales Director, your role is to be responsible for ensuring the workflow relating to all new build processing, administration & communication are completed to a high standard & within agreed timescales.
Duties :-
* Build and maintain effective relationships with servicing branch personnel
* Liaise with Key Account Managers, estimating and technical departments relating to order processing
* Manage day to day administration tasks, including processing of incoming calls, raising of quotations, managing and responding to all enquiries sent through the central ordering sales office
* Assist customers with requests and enquiries within the agreed timescales
* Review CSO processes and procedures to recommend improvements to increase efficiency in the department.
To be successful, we are looking for candidates who have previous administration experience, ideally in sales order processing, and possess excellent customer service skills.
