GTS are working with a cutting-edge motorsport team in the heart of Motorsport Valley who are pushing the boundaries of Formula 1 powertrain technology.
They're looking for an experienced Technical Buyer to support the procurement of high-performance, low-volume components for next-generation power units.
The Opportunity
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll:
* Manage procurement of complex powertrain components
* Source precision engineering suppliers (machining, composites, specialist processes)
* Negotiate on cost, quality, and delivery
* Expedite critical parts to meet tight F1 deadlines
* Identify and onboard new suppliers to support future demand
* Play a key role in continuous improvement across the supply chain
What They're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Technical Buyer / Senior Buyer / Procurement Engineer
* Background in motorsport, Formula 1, aerospace, or high-performance automotive
* Experience sourcing low-volume, complex mechanical components (ICE desirable)
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Strong, proactive and solutions-driven mindset
