Navaro Travel is a family-run boutique corporate travel business partnering with high-growth SMEs across finance, private equity, legal, tech, and luxury sectors. We're early-stage but backed by 30 years of industry expertise, £5bn buying power through Amex GBT, and we're building proprietary AI technology that will set us apart as we scale.

We're not just looking for someone to fill a role. We're looking for someone to build Navaro Travel with us. You'll work collaboratively as part of a team to architect our business development functions from the ground up with our CEO and Founder, defining how we win clients and build our sales playbook. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Building, not just selling:

* Work collaboratively to develop Navaro's business development strategy from scratch with our CEO and Founder
* Identify, target, and win high-value corporate clients (£100K–£1M annual spend)
* Build meaningful relationships with decision-makers in finance, tech, legal, and professional services
* Help shape our brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approach
* Work directly with leadership to define our growth strategy
* Collaborate on product development and client experience improvements
* Grow into a senior leadership role as we scale and build our team


WHAT'S ON OFFER

* Competitive base salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (based on experience)
* Uncapped commission with an industry-leading structure

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* 3 years minimum experience in B2B sales or business development
* Proven track record of winning and closing high-value accounts (£100K+ ARR)
* Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders (CFOs, MDs, Founders, Operations Directors)
* Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute
* Resourceful and feels comfortable with taking ownership of their role
* Full UK driving licence
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience in corporate travel, SaaS, or professional services industries
* Existing network in finance, legal, tech, or luxury sectors
* Understanding of corporate travel management or B2B service sales
* Experience working in early-stage or scale-up environments
