Salary: £38,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: We require candidates to be eligible for DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance. British nationality and long-term UK residency are required for DV clearance eligibility. Experience across enterprise infrastructure environments. Good understanding of infrastructure security, structure, and design. Experience supporting high-availability infrastructure environments. Good knowledge of enterprise infrastructure hardware. Experience with routing and switching technologies. Firewall administration or support experience. Understanding of backup and disaster recovery principles. Experience using monitoring and performance management tools. Good understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory environments. Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and networking issues effectively. Ability to design, document, and explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Logical and methodical approach to problem solving. Strong organisational and time management skills. High standards of professionalism, documentation, and technical delivery. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Flexible approach with willingness to support a small business environment. Strong team player with collaborative working style. Full UK driving licence is desirable due to occasional travel requirements. Responsibilities: We support the development, delivery, maintenance, and ongoing support of infrastructure environments. We work with network design principles, including security, redundancy, resilience, and risk management. We support and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory environments. We assist with the administration and support of enterprise network infrastructure. We support routing, switching, firewall, and VPN technologies. We monitor infrastructure and system performance using monitoring and alerting tools. We provide technical support to both customers and internal teams. We support the delivery of internal and customer infrastructure projects. We create and maintain clear technical documentation. We troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and system-related issues. We travel to customer and supplier sites when needed.
