Overview
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and empower a team of Energy Executives, ensuring they have guidance, support, and motivation needed to meet performance targets and contribute to the delivery of our wider operational strategy. You’ll act as a key point of escalation and oversight to maintain high standards, drive continuous improvement, and ensure processes support exceptional customer experiences.
You’ll monitor performance, manage workloads, and resolve barriers that impact delivery. You’ll support strategic initiatives by contributing to business change projects, system development, and external meetings, representing the needs of your team and department. Responsibilities
* Lead and empower a team of Energy Executives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to consistently meet performance targets and contribute to the delivery of the operational strategy.
* Monitor performance, manage workloads, and escalate/resolve barriers that impact delivery.
* Support strategic initiatives by contributing to business change projects, system development, and external meetings, representing the needs of the team and department.
* Foster continuous improvement and maintain high standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
* Intricate working knowledge of Smartest Energy products and operational processes.
* Track record of team leadership or showing leadership potential through performance in a team role.
* Track record in developing and managing strong cross-business relationships.
* Experience of successfully dealing with or managing change.
* Able to manage additional projects/responsibilities outside of the normal job scope as and when required.
