As Senior Manager, you'll take a key leadership position within the Accountancy & Advisory team - managing complex client relationships, delivering strategic insight, and developing a high-performing team. What You Will Do Lead the delivery of accountancy, tax, and advisory services to an established and expanding portfolio of clients. Provide strategic financial and commercial advice to entrepreneurial businesses, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals. Work closely with Directors on firm-wide initiatives, contributing to business planning and growth strategy. Coach, mentor, and develop Managers and Senior Accountants, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive process and workflow improvements through effective use of technology and best practice. Requirements ACA or ACCA qualified with substantial post-qualification experience at Manager or Senior Manager level within practice. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong technical expertise across accounts, tax, and advisory.
