Role Description
This is a contract role for a Sales Professional based in Winchester Agency.
The position involves identifying prospective clients, maintaining and building strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering tailored insurance and financial solutions to meet their needs.
Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, providing product knowledge, and achieving sales targets while upholding the company's commitment to exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
* Proven sales and negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric mindset
* Insurance market knowllege not essentail as training is given.
* Essential is a track record in sales within any of these ‘sectors’ of particlar interest : Manufacturing, Food, High Net Worth, Property, Leisure, Farming, Rural Estates, Motor Trade, Ag Trade such as Tractor, Chemical and Fertiliter, Hospitality.
* Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions, alongside knowledge of market trends
* Time management, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
* Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems
* A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as required
