KM4HR are exclusively recruiting a HR Business Partner with previous experience supporting in both operational and strategic led roles for this consumer focused business.With strong teams in both the UK and Ireland, you will be the newest addition to the existing HR team, collaboratively working with one other HRBP, whilst remotely reporting in the senior leadership team in London. This position is based in the North Devon area and requires someone living locally due to the flexibility needed with diaries. The role is a flexible hybrid position which, on average, will need you to be in the office 3 days per week. Background Required:Previous experience gained as a HR Business Partner, supporting colleagues at all levels from operator to leadership, and ideally in a shift-based environment is preferred.
