Join to apply for the Acting Night Senior Support Worker role at Cygnet. You will work 42 hours a week in 12‑hour shifts, including every other weekend, at Outwood – a specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Day‑to‑day as an Acting Senior Support Worker
* Medication distribution
* Allocation of duties
* Demonstrate best practice procedures
* Support both management and team members in daily service running
* Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely

* Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all people in our care
* Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
* Learn about individuals’ specific needs and respond in the most appropriate way
* Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required
