The RoleAs a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA), you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient repair assessments while maintaining the high standards that define The Vella Group.
Core Responsibilities
* Produce accurate, right-first-time repair assessments
* Maintain a strong working knowledge of Audatex and E-Scribe systems
* Understand and apply the terms of all insurer and customer contracts
* Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners, keeping precise records in the company management system
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
About YouWe’re looking for someone who brings both technical skill and a collaborative mindset.You’ll ideally have:
* Previous VDA/estimating experience
* Proficiency in Audatex and E-Scribe
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* A flexible, adaptable approach to work
