This role is focused on executing the assurance and transformation activities, reporting to the Assurance Senior Finance Manager.Your responsibilitiesWorking with the Squad Lead deliver the controls transformation and assurance activities in the region including engaging market teams, planning and scoping, control design assessment, operational effectiveness testing, remediation and reportingSupport the development of the control framework, leading elements of IT tooling implementations, automation testing opportunities and development of various training materials and programmes. Delivers market trainings when required.Coordination with 3rd party providers supporting the delivery of the transformation and assurance plan, responsible for reviewing the quality of the 3rd party deliverables and provides feedbackPartner with the business to complete design effectiveness and operational effectiveness testingProvide Subject Matter expertise to support the market with remediationWorks closely with the entity finance controllers, control champions and market teams to drive improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of the control environmentStatus reporting on progress with Squad lead and Regional Assurance Lead.
