Sales & Lettings Negotiator – Reeds Rains, Gosforth Branch
Salary: £26,000 per year + annual bonus
Join our small, friendly team in Gosforth. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Lettings Negotiator to support our busy branch. If you enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and are looking for a rewarding role in property, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
* Conduct property viewings and provide excellent customer service
* Negotiate offers between buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors
* Manage sales and lettings from initial enquiry through to completion or move-in
* Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates
* Generate new business opportunities through calls, follow-ups, and networking
* Prepare marketing materials and ensure property listings are accurate
* Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation (e.g., AML, Right to Rent)
What We're Looking For
* Experience in sales or lettings (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Confident, proactive, and well-organised
* Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
* Love providing excellent customer service
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
Hours of Work
* Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Every other Saturday required, with a weekday off in lieu
