Position Overview
South Lanarkshire Council's Landlord Registration Section is seeking to recruit a full-time temporary (1 year) Administrative Assistant to undertake clerical and administrative duties related to the Service.
Key Responsibilities
* Deal with members of the public online and via phone, demonstrating a customer-focused approach that aligns with service delivery.
* Process information related to the online Landlord Register.
* Adjust communication style depending on the customer and situation, providing practical examples of such adaptability.
* Work within a demanding, fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and problem-solving effectively.
* Collaborate with team members in a diverse environment and demonstrate flexibility to change.
