What you can expect from this role
To develop foundational technical and professional skills in systems engineering, with a focus on infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies. This role is designed to prepare graduates for progression into customer‑facing delivery roles.
The location of this apprenticeship role will be: Poole, Dorset.

* Degree in Engineering (Systems/Software), STEM or relevant subject
* Internship, placement, or project experience in a technical environment is desirable, but not essential

Recruitment Process
Applications for our Graduate roles will close on 2nd February 2026.
For this role, we will be holding in‑person interviews in Poole; some roles may also require attendance at a virtual interview or in‑person assessment centre. Assessment centres typically include a combination of tasks and activities such as group problem‑solving tasks, individual interviews, presentations, and role simulation exercises. Interviews are typically competency based and a chance for us to find out what your motivations are for your next career.
Our Graduates will join the business on Monday 7th September 2026, so you must be available from this date.
Right to Work
Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK for the duration of the graduate programme (2 years). Unfortunately, we are currently unable to sponsor anyone joining our Graduate Development Programme who does not have a valid Right to Work in the UK.
