Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Call Centre Outbound Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting products and services, and generating sales leads. Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services.
* Engage customers in professional and persuasive conversations to build interest.
* Identify customer needs and match them with suitable solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
* Work towards achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support campaign goals.
* Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand positively at all times.

* No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
