Senior Associate - Farms & Estates

Our Farms & Estates team advises farmers, landowners, and agribusinesses across the region - from family-run farms to multi-million-pound estates. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, all from the comfort of stunning rural offices (with plenty of hybrid flexibility too).
What you'll be doing:
* Managing a varied portfolio, producing and reviewing annual accounts and business tax computations
* Advising on remuneration planning, profit forecasts, capital taxes, and VAT
* Spotting opportunities to add real value for clients - from tax planning to wider commercial goals
* Building strong, lasting client relationships
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members
* Representing the firm at client and industry events

What you'll need:
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Experience in the agricultural and rural business sector
* Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
* Relationship-building expertise
* Confident with Excel, Xero, and Sage
