Our client, a prominent player in the procurement supply chain industry, is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Associate to join their dynamic team on a fixed-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, coordinate, and complete the P2P sourcing process in the SAP Procurement system in compliance with SDS Procurement Global Guide
Complete procurement-related tasks assigned by procurement category leads
Support sales and relevant internal stakeholders to complete sourcing
Assist with procurement month-end close
Prepare documents for internal and external audits
Provide weekly procurement updates
Handle ad hoc procurement-related tasks
Job Requirements:
Experience in using SAP and ERP systems
Understanding of procurement processes and procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom
