Hours : 12 hr shifts or 15 hr including sleep in ( 8 am - 10 pm )
Shift times : 8 am - 8 pm, 8 pm - 8am
Holidays: 33 days per year (pro rata)

We are currently looking to add to our team by recruiting an empathetic and dedicated Bank Support Worker to provide care and support to a 30-year-old loving, caring young Non-Verbal gentleman with Autism and epilepsy
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in improving the individual's quality of life, promoting independence, and ensuring their overall well-being.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in offering companionship, while facilitating community engagement, fostering independence, an understanding around epilepsy and autism is essential!
This fulfilling position involves supporting the individual in pursuing his interests, particularly in, Mr bean, marvel, Harry Potter, scooby doo, looney toons.
Another passion is to travel in his own mobility car and visit mum and stepdad on a fortnightly basis, He also likes to go on long driving adventures and ending in MacDonalds for a teatime treat.
Experience with Autism and epilepsy is essential for this role .
