We are currently seeking a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at the Blandford branch.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serving customers at the front counter, answering inbound calls, and assisting both retail and trade clients.
* Building long-term relationships with local customers.
* Promoting offers and customer incentives.
* Managing credits and returns effectively by ensuring correct parts are ordered and dispatched the first time.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a parts advisor or relevant motor trade experience. However, we are willing to train candidates with a good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn.
You should be proactive, sales-driven, and committed to providing outstanding service. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Occasional assistance in the warehouse, such as picking or stock management, may be required.
Knowledge of local areas and customer base would be advantageous.
