Vehicle Technician (Mobile / Depot Based) Level 3 QualifiedLocation: RoystonContract: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: £45,000 - £55,000An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician to join a well-established commercial vehicle dealership. This varied role combines both mobile breakdown support and depot-based repairs, offering an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys a mix of workshop and field-based work.Working Hours Rotating Shift PatternWeek 1Monday to Friday06:00 14:30Week 2Monday to Thursday13:30 22:00Friday11:30 20:00Saturday06:00 12:00 (Paid as Overtime)On-Call Requirement 1 week in every 424-hour breakdown coverThe Role Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on commercial vehiclesAttending breakdowns and performing roadside diagnostics and repairsDiagnosing mechanical and electrical faultsCompleting depot-based inspections and repair workEnsuring all work is completed safely and to manufacturer standardsMaintaining accurate service and repair recordsDelivering excellent customer service both on-site and in the workshopRequirements Level 3 NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and RepairPrevious dealership experience (essential)Experience working on commercial vehicles desirableStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsFull UK Driving Licence (essential)Ability to work independently and manage mobile repair work effectivelyStrong communication and customer service skillsBenefits Salary of £45,000 - £55,000Overtime opportunities availableSaturday overtime payments28 days holiday, increasing to 33 days with serviceManufacturer training and ongoing developmentCareer progression opportunitiesModern workshop facilities and equipmentStable, long-term career with an established commercial vehicle dealershipTPBN1_UKTJ
