Job Description
1. Work hand in hand with a Project Manager to take projects from start to finish
2. Manage small owner consultants and prioritize project tasks to meet deadlines
3. Maintain knowledge of tasks, sequences, milestones, and critical path events
4. Forecast delays in timing, materials, or resources
5. Review invoices, pay applications and change orders to assure pricing accurate, fair, and comprehensive
6. Coordinate all site photography and as-built record keeping

The Successful Applicant
7. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
8. 1-2+ years of experience in the Construction industry
9. Experience in high-end residential or commercial or single family
10. Must engage well with high-end clientele
11. Works well in a team environment but is someone who can be self-sufficient when needed
12. Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
