In this school-based role, you'll provide assessment, therapy, and advocacy for students across a variety of grade levels and learning needs.

* Evaluate students referred for speech, language, and communication challenges.
* Design and implement therapy sessions that support both academic and functional success.
* Write and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with a focus on student-centered goals.
* Serve as a collaborative team member in special education planning and service delivery.
* Engage families, caregivers, and staff with clear communication and expert insight.
* Keep thorough and compliant records of services provided and student progress.
* Stay informed on Washington state regulations and best practices in school-based speech services.
