We are seeking a dedicated and visionary KS3 English Teacher.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, implementing educational programmes, and ensuring the academic success of all students. This role requires strong subject knowledge, a commitment to educational excellence, and the ability to engage with students & SLT.
Responsibilities
* Implement and deliver a broad, balanced, relevant, and differentiated curriculum for students and support a designated curriculum area.
* Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
* Facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their potential.
* Contribute to raising standards of student attainment.
* Share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
Qualifications/Experience
* A degree is essential; a PGCE/QTS is preferred.
* Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies that enhance student learning.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage conflict, and inspire others towards a common goal.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with educational trends and policies.

Salary – Negotiable depending on experience.
