We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead the delivery of Soft FM services within a prestigious healthcare contract in South West London.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a proven background in healthcare Soft FM to take ownership of a high-profile contract and drive service excellence in a critical care environment.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a multidisciplinary team, delivering a full range of Soft FM services including cleaning, catering, portering, waste management, switchboard, and retail operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional standard of service across all departments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n - Team Leadership: Manage, support and develop a diverse team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving continuous improvement.\n\n - Service Delivery: Ensure all Soft FM services are delivered to the highest standard, in line with KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.\n\n - Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS Trust - representatives, internal teams, and external partners.\n\n - Training & Development: Identify training needs and support career development across your teams.\n\n - Health & Safety Compliance: Uphold health, safety and statutory compliance across all service areas.\n\nAbout You\n\n- Essential: Proven experience managing Soft FM services specifically within a healthcare environment.
