Sales Director – Meeting Rooms
This role can be based in Europe or the Middle East
Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Director to spearhead the growth of a high-potential business unit focused on Meeting Rooms. With a vision to scale this into a $500M revenue stream, this role offers a rare opportunity to shape and execute a transformative commercial strategy. The Sales Director will drive performance across our entire network, all brands, all sales channels and optimise pricing.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
* Build and Execute a Commercial Plan.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including marketing, product positioning, and sales enablement
* Use meeting room offerings as a strategic hook to drive re-bookings and cross-sell additional services.
* Lead regular performance reviews of the product to drive revenue growth.
Sales Performance & Optimization
* Capitalize on the pure-profit potential of meeting rooms by identifying and unlocking new revenue streams.
* Deliver on ambitious financial targets with a clear path to scaling the business to $500M.
* Analyse and optimize all customer journeys across all channels including call centre, marketing, digital and our centres.
* Develop a deep understanding of all customer groups and the optimal channels to attract and convert them.
* Identify and engage key decision-makers in the relevant markets, build strong relationships and partnerships to expand our reach.
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Partner with all relevant functions to optimise performance, including;
o Marketing to ensure traffic quality and volume to align with sales goals.
o Product and pricing to innovate and optimise.
o Align with finance and strategy teams on forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
Performance Management:
* Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure delivery against commercial objectives. Adjust strategies based on market feedback and performance data
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* Proven track record in a senior sales or commercial leadership role, ideally within the hospitality sector, with clear evidence of driving transformative business growth.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies that have delivered significant, measurable revenue growth at scale.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset; able to translate insights into actionable strategies and commercial outcomes.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
* Familiarity with MS Dynamics CRM.
