1. To assist customers with all telephone, email enquiries, providing quotations, machine specifications and technical information as required
2. Converting hire enquiries into successful hires by delivering best-in-class service
3. Assisting the Speedy Hire sales team with enquiries and facilitating their customers’ demands
4. Co-ordinating transport requirements, scheduling of deliveries, collections, and demonstrations
5. Keeping the Speedy Hire Sales team involved with updates, opportunities and potential issues
6. Off hiring machines providing correct communication is provided to the customer
7. Answering any queries should these be verbal or via email in a professional timely manner
8. Networking with the Speedy Hire sales team to find enquiries and ensuring Kärcher Hire is front of mind
9. Taking ownership of the customer journey, ensuring high standards of service are met
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
10. 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or equivalent, including Maths and English
11. Strong organisational and problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail
12. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
13. Customer-focused approach with a passion for building relationships
14. Confidence in handling multiple tasks and working under pressure to meet deadlines
15. IT literate, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
