The Opportunity
In this varied role, you'll be an integral part of the Continuing Airworthiness Management team, working across a range of rotary-wing platforms. You'll play a key role in ensuring ongoing airworthiness compliance, managing maintenance programmes, and supporting both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
2. Review technical documentation from OEMs and authorities, including ADs, SBs, and modifications.
3. Maintain and develop Aircraft Maintenance Programmes and configurations.
4. Support the Airworthiness Review and ARC extension processes.
5. Conduct reliability assessments and repetitive defect analysis.
6. Review and update aircraft flight manuals as necessary.
7. Enter utilisation data and review technical logs in the Maintenance Information System (MIS).
8. Support planning for line and base maintenance activities.
9. Prepare and review maintenance programme variations.
10. Raise purchase requisitions and plan materials accordingly.
11. Update engine and aircraft records with completed maintenance data.
12. Manage component log cards for material returns.
13. Work collaboratively across CAMO functions to enhance team performance.
14. Champion continuous improvement of CAMO processes.
15. Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Continuing Airworthiness Manager or delegate.
Person Profile
Essential
16. Solid understanding of Part-CAMO and continuing airworthiness regulations.
17. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to technical tasks.
18. Able to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team environment.
19. Flexible, proactive, and deadline-focused mindset.
20. High level of computer literacy, especially with Google Docs and associated tools.
21. Strong communication skills across all levels of an organisation.
22. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable
23. Experience with maintenance planning and airworthiness software tools.
24. Familiarity with rotary-wing aircraft, ideally.
25. Previous exposure to relevant OEM technical publications.
Qualifications & Training
Essential
26. Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above), or equivalent qualifications.
Desirable
27. Degree or equivalent in an aviation-related discipline.
28. Human Factors training.
29. Recognised training in Part-CAMO and/or Part-145 regulations.
Additional Requirements
30. Eligibility for DBS and SC (Security Check) clearance.
31. Compliance with export control regulations.
