Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst with at least 1 year of experience, capable of uncovering and sharing data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be confident tackling problems such as improving efficiencies in the engineer network and resolving localised resourcing issues. This role involves working closely with the Operations and Planning departments to shape onboarding and resource allocation, ensuring daily operational efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
* Developing a data-led onboarding strategy to identify patterns, gaps, and optimisation opportunities for bringing new engineers into the network.
* Analyzing daily planning performance using data to improve scheduling, routing, and resource utilization across regions.
* Investigating engineer behaviour to uncover opportunities for enhancing experiences.
* Educating and encouraging data-driven decision-making within the operations planning team.
* Keeping up to date with trends and developments in data, selecting appropriate tools and products for effective data use.
* Maintaining and optimising existing tools such as Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, and BigQuery.
* Analyzing data to discover trends, delivering insights with clear, actionable recommendations.
* Documenting analytics projects to ensure processes can be replicated and scaled across the organisation.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Docs, Looker Studio, and BigQuery.
* Basic SQL query writing skills.
