The Area Technical Manager (ATM) will successfully manage technical requirements across a defined geographical region. The ATM is responsible for maintaining an efficient and effective level of technical control with in their area, ensuring material costs are maintained within company targets and supporting customer needs through the development and maintenance of Heidelberg Materials’s market leading material portfolio. In order to achieve these objectives, the ATM will engage with existing internal personnel and external customers using multiple channels, including digital platforms, plant site visits and customer visits. The ATM will also develop opportunities to sell “value-add” products and services within their defined geographical area of responsibility.
