What you’ll be doing:
* Developing and maintaining integrated, cross-programme delivery plans
* Leading planning sessions with senior stakeholders, PMOs, and technology leads
* Identifying and managing critical paths, interdependencies, and delivery risks
* Supporting governance through milestone tracking and delivery dashboards
* Assessing change impacts and contributing to change control processes
* Embedding consistent planning standards, tools, and templates
* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align delivery plans
* Influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across multiple business areas
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Programme Planner or Master Scheduler on complex programmes (£30M+)
* Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and planning tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at senior levels
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
* High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
* Experience in regulated or financial services environments is desirable
* Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, service-based architecture, and data management
* A proactive, inclusive, and solution-focused mindset
