The Opportunity:Support students with a variety of needs including ASD, ADHD, and PMLD. Deliver tailored learning experiences in a classroom where every achievement is celebrated.
Responsibilities:
* Design lessons that reflect individual EHCPs and developmental stages.
* Use the P Scales and specialist resources to engage learners.
* Foster trust and consistency with pupils.
* Implement inclusive behaviour strategies.
* Assist with personal care where appropriate.
What You'll Need:
* UK-recognised QTS.
* Current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
* Proven SEN teaching experience in UK schools.
* Eligibility to work in the UK
