Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality clinical care to orthopaedic and musculoskeletal patients
* Lead shifts and support the Ward Manager with day-to-day ward operations
* Mentor and develop Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
* Contribute to audits, clinical governance, and service improvement initiatives
About You
* Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
* Proven experience working on an orthopaedic or surgical ward
* Experience acting as a shift leader or senior nurse within a ward setting
