We’re working with a leading software company that’s been at the forefront of its industry for years, who are looking for an Account Manager to join their collaborative, forward-thinking team.

This is a 12-month maternity contract with strong potential to become permanent.
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Hybrid working (three days in office, two days from home)

Key responsibilities of the Account Manager:
* Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
* Manage onboarding, training, retention and satisfaction processes
* Tailor solutions to meet each client’s needs
* Support client renewals and identify growth opportunities
* Provide insight and feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams
* Create client materials, guides and documentation
* Collaborate with Marketing to gather referrals and testimonials
* Proactively spot and resolve account issues
Key skills and experience required for an Account Manager:
* Proven account manager experience
* Proficient in Microsoft office, including Excel
