The Role
Reports to: Biometric Operations Lead
Location: London, UK (Hybrid - at least once a week)
Compensation: £40k-£45k (Base) + 10% Company Performance Bonus + Equity + Wider iProov Benefits
iProov has continued to scale rapidly this year and is hiring a Biometric Operations Analyst to join our Science team.
How you can make an impact
* Optimize the biometric platform by understanding the impact of configuration and model changes, and identify under-performing models for prioritization.
* Facilitate deployment of new biometric systems/models, ensuring thorough evaluation, understanding deployment impact, optimizing configuration, and tracking performance.
* Design and utilize analysis and diagnostic tools, collaborate with the Data Team, communicate trends, tune alerting systems, contribute to internal tooling, and eliminate bias within the platform.
* Work with support to investigate customer concerns, manage tickets, and analyze performance issues.
* Collaborate with Product and Engineers to reduce risks from front-end changes by providing guidance and data analysis.
What we would like to see from you
* Experience with BigQuery and working with large datasets.
* Understanding of complex systems and component interactions.
* Analytical, organized, and able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
