About the Role:
• Act as a key mentor and role model for junior team members
• Lead shifts, support children’s daily routines, and uphold high standards of care
• Champion therapeutic practice and support behaviour management
• Build lasting relationships that help young people heal and grow
• Complete key working responsibilities and contribute to care planning
• Participate in the on-call rota and regular sleep-ins

About You:
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is essential
• At least 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential care home
• Confident leading shifts and supporting others in a team
• Kind, resilient, and emotionally intelligent
• Able to drive and happy to use company vehicles
