Monarch Education is partnering with a welcoming Primary School in Central Birmingham to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term position supporting in Key Stage One. This role is available for an immediate start. About the Role: The successful candidate will be working across key stage one within the school as a classroom TA supporting the class teacher, you may be required to lead intervention groups at times. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils across KS1 Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to implement inclusive learning strategies for any SEND pupils in the classroom Contribute to creating a positive, nurturing classroom environment Support pupil progress through observations, feedback, and progress tracking Requirements: Recognised Level 3 Childcare Teaching Assistant qualification- This is a MUST have Proven experience working with children in Key Stage 1 within a UK school setting A proactive, calm, and professional approach to supporting children with diverse needs Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil's welfare.
