We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Cleaning Training Supervisor to join our award-winning team
Role:
Training Supervisor (Domestic Cleaning)
Monday – Friday approx 20-25 hours a week
Requirement: Must drive & have access to your own car
What you'll do:
Train and support our cleaning team to deliver top-quality results Ensure cleaning standards are met across all services
Carry out quality checks and provide feedback
Help with onboarding new staff and guiding them through our cleaning processes
Be the point of contact for cleaners needing support
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in cleaning or supervising a team (preferred)
Friendly, professional, and organised
Able to motivate and lead by example
Full driving licence & access to a car (essential)
