The Role:
As an Assistant Gym Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our community, focusing on:
* Delivering an exceptional member experience alongside the Gym Manager, with a constant focus on service and standards.
* Supporting the Gym Manager in attracting new members through outreach and community events.
* Leading and developing a talented team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors, fostering a positive work environment.
* Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff to enhance their skills and career growth.
* Managing and improving our Group Exercise offerings within the gym.
You’ll play a vital role in creating a fantastic place to work and workout for both your team and our gym members. As an Assistant Gym Manager at PureGym, you will support the Gym Manager in leading a team of fitness professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing to the growth and retention of our membership base.
What We’re Looking For:

* A commitment to doing the right thing, with resilience, confidence, and integrity.
* A Level 2 qualification in gym instructing, along with experience in teaching group exercise.
