About the Position AU Vodka is looking for a Junior Content Creator to support and grow our social presence, working closely alongside our established Social Media Manager. This is a hands-on, entry-to-junior level role for someone who is genuinely content obsessed, lives on social, and already creates like a mini influencer. You’ll be focused on shooting, editing, and appearing in social-first content, with a particular emphasis on owning and growing specific content-led pages such as AU Ice Cups. This role is perfect for someone confident on camera, creatively driven, and eager to learn while taking real responsibility from day one. Key Responsibilities Work closely alongside the Social Media Manager to bring AU Vodka’s social strategy to life through content Take ownership of content creation for specific pages and formats, including AU Ice Cups Plan, shoot, and edit engaging, platform-native social content (primarily short-form video) Confidently appear in content and represent the brand on camera when required Create reactive, trend-led content that feels authentic, fun, and on-brand Support on shoots, events, launches, and campaign moments Assist with content scheduling and day-to-day posting Engage with social trends, creators, sounds, and formats, bringing fresh ideas to the team Support community engagement where needed, in line with brand tone of voice Help maintain a consistent visual style and premium feel across content Minimum Qualifications & Experience Demonstrable passion for social media and content creation (personal accounts welcomed) Comfortable shooting and editing content using a phone and native editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Instagram, TikTok) Confident being in front of the camera and creating personality-led content Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and creator culture Highly motivated, organised, and eager to learn Ability to take feedback positively and develop quickly Desirable Experience Experience creating content for a brand, side project, or personal “creator” account Interest in or exposure to FMCG, lifestyle, drinks, or youth culture brands Basic understanding of social performance and what makes content resonate Key Strengths for Success Content-obsessed with a creator mindset Naturally confident, energetic, and camera-friendly Creative, proactive, and trend-aware Organised and reliable with strong attention to detail Comfortable working collaboratively while owning your content output Why Join Au Vodka High-growth FMCG business with global ambition Opportunity to help build a billion-dollar brand Fast-paced, creative environment with real ownership No corporate red tape — your impact matters What you’ll get: Early Finish Fridays 4pm Fresh lunches prepared daily by our in-house chef State-of-the-art office with onsite parking Companywide “win together” bonus scheme Your birthday off Epic launch parties and team events Enhanced maternity and paternity leave We move fast.
