We are looking for a Facilities Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Facilities Manager, will be responsible for:
* Oversee and manage all aspects of facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs and service delivery
* Develop and implement policies, procedures and best practices to ensure efficient and safe operations
* Manage and coordinate a team of facilities staff and contractors to meet operational objectives
* Monitor budgets and control costs
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across all operations
* Plan and oversee preventative maintenance programs and reactive repair schedules
* Manage supplier and contractor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Identify operational risks and implement solutions to maintain business continuity
To be successful for this Facilities Manager role you must have:
* Proven experience in facilities management or a related operational management role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Knowledge of health, safety and regulatory compliance requirements
* Ability to manage budgets, resources and operational KPIs effectively
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with maintenance planning, contract management and service delivery oversight
