IT Support Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Location: Brighton
Hybrid 2 days a week on site
About the Role
A client of ours are looking to grow within the IT Support team, we are looking for skilled IT Support Manager who has experience Managing a Helpdesk team as well as being hands on and an escalation point for the small support team, working with Windows, Office 365 and Wireless networks.
The company are medium sized, based in Brighton and this position is hybrid working where you have the option to work from home 3 days a week.

Leadership / Management experience
Managing a helpdesk/fast paced environment
Microsoft Tech Stack
Helpdesk management
Conducting quarterly 1-1s and performance reviews
Working with 3rd party vendors
Wifi and Printer Setups
Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
