Salary: £24,800 + Benefits
Location: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne
Contract: Full Time, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Work Arrangement: 50% Hybrid remote working (post-probation), no late shifts, no weekends, no bank holidays

About the Role
We are seeking caring, committed, and driven individuals to join our Patient Care Centre at Connect Health. No healthcare experience is required. As a Patient Care Advisor, you will be the first voice a patient hears, providing support and guidance for MSK (musculoskeletal) conditions, helping patients navigate their care options, and ensuring a straightforward experience.

Candidate Profile
* Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor

* Passionate about understanding patient needs and resolving queries
* Previous customer service experience; healthcare contact centre experience is a plus
* Available to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00
