Job Overview
Position: 360 Recruitment Consultant
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, including a 30-minute unpaid break per day. Out-of-hours service required.
Reports to: Branch Manager
Salary: £27,000 - potential to earn £30,000+ with commission.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment campaigns, including advertising, interviewing, and candidate onboarding.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
* Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
* Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell services within client organizations.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
* Achieve and exceed KPIs related to candidate placements and client billings.
* Provide out-of-hours support on a rotational basis.
* Work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Sales and Business Development
* Generate new business through sales calls, marketing, and networking.
* Negotiate service agreements and fees with clients.
* Keep accurate records of sales activity and progress on the company's CRM system.
Requirements
* Experience in recruitment (preferred).
* Excellent communication skills, highly organized, and a good understanding of the recruitment industry.
* Ability to drive and own a car (application question).
