Senior Support Worker Salary: £14.75 per hour Hours: 36.25 hours per week (Days) Contract: Permanent (full-time) Driving: Full UK driving licence essential (held for at least 1 year – community access required) Senior Support Worker – Lead, Support & Make a Real Difference Join SDR Care as a Senior Support Worker and be part of a brand-new specialist service supporting a young individual with autism, a learning disability, ADD, and episodes of dysregulated behaviour. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker to help shape a new service from the ground up, supporting the individual to settle into their home, build independence, and access meaningful daily activities. You will also play a key leadership role within the team, supporting and mentoring Support Workers to deliver consistent, high-quality, person-centred care.
