We are looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our friendly, luxury clinic in Exeter. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in beauty treatments and nail services, with NVQ Level 3 or above and college training preferred (but not essential). Proven in-salon experience is essential. Duties
* Perform customised beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage and skincare procedures
* Perform basic makeup application. Training provided.
* Provide expert advice on skincare routines and in house product recommendations. Training provided.
* Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all equipment and treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
* Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and providing personalised solutions
* Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences on our in house booking system.
* Promote additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
* Ensure a professional, welcoming environment at all times.
* Help to keep the clinic and staff areas clean and tidy at all times
* Basic reception duties

Skills
* Basic makeup application.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
* Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and address client questions or concerns
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective interaction with clients and team members
* Organised with attention to detail to maintain hygiene standards and manage appointments efficiently
* Ability to work flexibly within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a professional demeanour
